What to expect

When and Where are the Services? We meet on Sundays at 4:30PM in the building of the local German Free Evangelical Church, at Dr.-Gazert-Straße 1, 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

What to wear? On a normal Sunday you can find people at GAPRC dressed in jeans and a t-shirt and people wearing suits and ties. We encourage everyone to come as they feel most comfortable in a church setting.

What is worship like? We reverently and joyfully worship our God and commune with him through prayer, Bible reading, and preaching, and singing Psalms, hymns, and more modern takes on the scriptures.

What about my kids? As a church, we invite children of all ages to be a part of the worship service, as we believe they have just as much of a need and just as much of a right to be part of the public worship of God as grown-ups do! Please don’t be worried about any noisiness; we praise God for the sound of little voices!
